Note about Wine:
This personalized wine bottle comes from the Brunate cru in one of the most suitable areas in the Langhe for the production of Barolo. Marcarini produces this wine from the Nebbiolo grape. This bottle which undergoes a minimum aging of two years in oak barrels shows a garnet red color with ruby reflections, the bouquet expresses hints of vanilla, sweet spices, tobacco and undergrowth. Warm and velvety on the palate with a long persistence.
Matchings:
This Barolo expresses the best of its olfactory-tasting properties if extensively decanted an hour before being drunk and goes perfectly with loaded and structured dishes in their flavor such as game, braised, stewed and aged cheeses.
