L'Eau-de-vie is the original name of the Bas Armagnac Dartigalongue, being this typical French product a distillate of brandy as well as the oldest distillate that the region can historically count.
The family Dartigalongue cares for and selects since ever its best eaux-de-vie white of three main varieties: Ugni Blanc, which gives the distillate its characteristic fruity note, Baco 22A, specific Bas Armagnac AOC which gives structure and body to the spirit of the distillate, and Folle Blanche which gives finesse and elegance to the palate balancing the whole.
All the eaux-de.vie are grown in the homonymous region of France Bas Armagnac whose terroir, silty and sandy, gives the final product a characteristic finesse and velvety texture to the palate.
All eaux-de-vie are cultivated in the homonymous region of France Bas Armagnac whose terroir, silty and sandy, gives the final product a characteristic finesse and velvety texture to the palate, making a soft distillate actually full-bodied and arrogantly forged by the barrel wood for 40 or 50 years.
