Wine Notes:
This personalized bottle of wine comes directly from the cellars of the Veneto winery Bortolomiol, which produces this wine from the Glera grape variety.
The area where this wine comes from is Valdobbiadene in Veneto.
The vinification is traditional in white with soft pressing.
The fermentation takes place at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
The second fermentation takes place in autoclave for about 30 days according to Charmat or Martinotti method.
Light straw yellow color. The nose is fresh with a scent of flowers. In the mouth it is pleasantly lively.
