The area where this wine comes from is Piedmont in Italy.
The fermentation is made in thermoregulated steel containers with subsequent six months in contact with lees in suspension with weekly batonnage.
The refermentation takes place in closed thank due to Charmat method. Light but bright straw yellow color.
The nose is complex, it shows a bouquet of white fruits, flowers, light spices. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant and balanced.
