The Champagne Brut Millesimé Grand Cru 2010 is a fine Champenoise method sparkling wine produced by André Beaufort. Obtained from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes cultivated with natural methods. The fermentation takes place in wood, the dosage with unrefined cane sugar and concentrated grape juice, manual remodeling and degorgement. It rests 5 years on the lees, against the 3 foreseen by the specification. Champagne Brut Millesimé Grand Cru shows a bright straw yellow color, while on the nose it expresses an elegant bouquet of yellow fruit, flowers, hints of pastry and spices.
