Gin CamüGin
Gin CamüGin was born in Camogli in the Taverna Revello, from the desire of the young owner to create a Negroni in honour of the Ligurian Village: CamüGin is the ancient Genoese name with which the inhabitants of the fishing village of Camoggi, "houses in piles" have been called for generations.
It is a very versatile Italian gin for the preparation of the great classics such as a Gin Fizz, Hanky Panky, a Moscow Mule, maybe even adding a small part in a Daiquiri. It is flavoured with only four botanicals: ginerpro, rosemary, thyme and marjoram, to which salt from the Ligurian Sea is added.
