Domaine Sylvain Morey is a Burgundy winery. Sylvain is a cultured and sensitive man who, after completing his studies in oenology, decided to return to Chassagne-Montrachet to begin his activity as a producer by acquiring his own vineyard.

Since his first vintage in 2014, he has enjoyed immediate success, producing wines of great authenticity and purity that best represent the terroir from which they originate. The basis of his work is the search for the highest quality of grapes in order to obtain wines of the highest level, in the same way he attaches great importance to oak barrels for ageing.

The range of Domaine Sylvain Morey wines, both white and red, are characterised by a special freshness, minerality and elegance, as well as great power and a predisposition to ageing.
