The Ermes Pavese winery is located in the La Ruine hamlet in Morgex, places that have always been linked to the cultivation of the prié blanc. The philosophy of the winery is based on the ancient family values of respect for tradition, the strong bond with the territory and the great passion that acts as a common thread for all the production phases. The cultivation of the vine is traditional with low pergolas to protect the vines from low night temperatures and extends between 900 meters and 1200 meters above sea level.
