Trinidad Ruhm Moon Import 1991 is a distillate produced by Patent still Pampero. It is a sugar cane distillate produced in Trinidad, the southernmost Caribbean island, where rum has been produced for a long time. Rums from Trinidad have always been lighter than those from Barbados, Jamaica and Guyana. "Patent Still" identifies a distillation method that will produce a rum that is light but intense in taste. Imported by Moon Import, they come from original barrels, aged in Scotland. The Trinidad Ruhm 1991 has a light and bright amber color with a complex produme of woody essences, vanilla and hints of sugar cane.
