Barolo Cannubi 2013 Burlotto
Barolo Cannubi 2013 is a great Italian fine wine produced by Burlotto, one of the most relevant names in the panorama of Piedmontese wines. It comes from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the renowned Cannubi Vineyard, a real Cru in the Municipality of Barolo; the vinification involves a 15-day fermentation-maceration in French oak vats, with pumping over and punching down which are carried out every day, with subsequent maturation of about 10 months in 3-5 Hl barrels (where it also carries out malolactic fermentation) and for about 20 months in 35 Hl French and Slovenian oak barrels.
