Barolo Vigna Rionda 2003 Oddero
Barolo Vigna Rionda 2003 is a fine Piedmontese wine produced by the Oddero winery. It is obtained from the exclusive use of fine Nebbiolo grapes. The vineyards are located on the hills around the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba, where they enjoy a particularly favourable microclimate and the composition of the soil is calcareous and clayey, producing grapes of excellent quality. For over a century this winery has been producing very territorial bottles, produced through a combination of tradition and innovation. In order to produce Barolo Vigna Rionda wine, a precise production process is followed, starting with the harvest, which is carried out exclusively by hand in order to select only the best bunches, followed by fermentation and a long period of maturation that takes place partly in Slavonian oak barrels and partly directly in the bottle. The result is a rich and structured wine, balanced and enveloping.
