This personalized wine bottle comes directly from the cellars of the farm Manera which produces this wine from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon, according to a classic method of vinification subjected to light pressing and destemming and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks to preserve freshness and aroma.
After 24 months of aging in wooden casks, this Cabernet Sauvignon DOC 2016 is very intense ruby red in colour, tending towards garnet with the passage of time.
The nose is very complex, fun for those who find pleasure in traveling with the mind intoxicated by the deep scents of the wine, the spicy notes above the nose leaving slowly, to nose deeper, scents of fruit under spirit.
On the palate is very structured, full-bodied and tenacious in its long persistence, lends itself perfectly to aging.
