Note about Wine:
This bottle of personalized wine comes directly from the cellars of Castelnovo that carries out a vinification in steel at controlled temperature and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maceration of 2 weeks and then a year of aging in large barrels (60hl) of Slavonian oak for three quarters of the wine and the rest tonneaux of 500 lt French oak used.
Afterwards, the wine is naturally clarified by decantation in stainless steel and left to rest for at least six months in the bottle before it is put on the market.

Served at 18°C, this Rosso di Montalcino goes perfectly with any dish, in this case it accompanies with character elaborate meat dishes and not too delicate flavors.
