Champagne Esprit Nature Brut Henri Giraud
Champagne Esprit Nature Brut Henri Giraud is a fine wine produced by Henri Giraud. It is made from a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay grapes from Grand Cru vineyards and the cuvée includes a minimum of 50% reserve wines. In addition, since 2016 Champagne Henri Giraud has completely abandoned the use of steel and all its champagnes are vinified either in wood from the Argonne forest or in concrete or terracotta eggs.
Champagne Esprit Nature is the first Champagne to be certified not to receive any kind of treatment with pesticides, which can be verified by scanning the QR code on the back of each bottle, also the percentage of sulfur dioxide has been lowered to less than 40mg per litre. All these factors have ensured that Esprit Nature represents the winery's style to the full: a structured and complex Champagne, elegant and very easy to drink, with an excellent quality/price ratio.
It has a beautiful, bright golden yellow colour, while the nose expresses fruity hints of pear and peach, together with notes of vanilla, white pepper and citrus fruits. The sip is initially fresh, then makes its beautiful structure and creaminess felt, ending in a persistent way with mineral notes and hints of butter and almond.
