Champagne Brut L'Initial Jacques Selosse
Champagne Brut L'Initial is a fine Champagne produced by Jacques Selosse. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, coming from three different vintages because the vinification takes place according to the Soleras method. The fermentation of the base wines takes place spontaneously in barrique and the subsequent refermentation takes place in the bottle with a long aging on the lees. Champagne Brut Initial shows an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections, with fine and persistent perlage; The nose is broad and intense with a bouquet of buttery notes, toasted dried fruit, chestnut honey and aromas of bread crust and biscuits. In the mouth it is full and powerful, balanced, savory and very fresh. A unique and irritable bottle of Champagne.
