Champagne Brut Rose Grand Cru André Beaufort
Champagne Brut Rosé Grand Cru is a Champenoise method sparkling wine produced by André Beaufort. It is obtained from pure Pinot Noir grapes that derive from the Grand Cru vineyards of Ambonnay. Each working phase is carefully exergued according to principles of natural agriculture: minimal interventions and prohibition of using any chemical product. In the vineyard as well as in the cellar where fermentation is spontaneous and carried out in wood, the dosage is obtained with unrefined cane sugar and concentrated grape juice. It ages and ages in the bottle for a long time, to obtain a full and long-lasting Champagne. Champagne Brut Rosé Grand Cru shows a beautiful pink color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is sweet and fruity, with hints of rose and strawberry, while in the mouth it is rich and robust, with a long finish.
