Chateau Clinet 2006 Chateau Clinet
Chateau Clinet 2006 is a fine Bordeaux wine produced by Chateau Clinet. Château Clinet has been in the Laborde family since 1998 and its 8.5 hectares of land on the Pomerol plateau produce an excellent wine. The refined charm and freshness that characterise this AOC combine with the power and elegance conferred by the clayey soil mixed with gravel, with extraordinary results. The bottles of Clinet are wines of unbelievable value, with an emphasis on freshness. Made from 90% Merlot, 9% Cabernet-sauvignon, 1% Cabernet-franc, it is a powerful and generous red that shows a nose full of raspberry and juicy stone fruit supported by notes of chocolate, melted caramel, coffee beans, mocha and oak. The sip is enveloping and refined and ends with a lingering finish on notes of liquorice. A great and authentic Pomerol.
