Teobaldo Rivella is a craftsman of wine. Already known for the imperious Barbaresco Monte Stefano, which comes from the homonymous cru, in this small winery also produces a thousand bottles of a very special Dolcetto d'Alba, son of a vineyard adjacent to its 2 hectares of Nebbiolo.
It is a very intriguing, elegant and genuine Dolcetto, of a deep deep ruby red, and a smell of cherry, plums and violets. Corresponding sip and very balanced in tannins and endowed with a remarkable persistence and spicy nuance.
