Note about Wine:
This personalized wine bottle comes directly from the cellars of the farm Manera which produces this rosé wine made from Nebbiolo grapes carefully selected and harvested in September to preserve freshness and aromas according to a classic method of vinification subjected to light crushing and destemming, a slight maceration of the skins with the must and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks to preserve the aroma.
The rosé Rosalba is a pale cherry red colour with copper reflections in the glass.
The nose expresses pleasant hints of small red fruits, such as currant and raspberry, accompanied by freshness and minerality that refers to the flavor that characterizes the palate.
The flavor is elegant, well balanced in minerality, fresh and savory with a pleasant persistence on the finish

Served at 13°C, this Rosé goes perfectly with hors d'oeuvres, fish dishes, light meats and not very demanding first courses that perfectly accompany its delicacy.
