The Ploussard of the Domaine de La Renardiere is a wine made organically with artisan methods, as it used to be.
The vines are about 30 years old and rest on clay and limestone soils, rich in red marl. Fermentations are always spontaneous and the aging takes place in addition to steel also in large barrels for 12 months.
It is a red wine drained into the glass with a fresh and pure profile.
The fruit, in the sense of small red fruits, mixes well with sapid and mineral notes. Vibrant wine with crunchy fruit.
