Benoit Lahaye Champagne

The Maison of Benoît Lahaye is now considered one of the best realities in the Champagne panorama of this kind: produced according to biodynamic farming methods, with very low dosages, grapes of the highest quality that give life to unique and pure labels. The winery is located in Bouzy, a terroir that is faithfully and authentically reflected in its wines, and includes 4.5 hectares of vineyards divided between the municipalities of Bouzy, Ambonnay, Voipreux and Tauxières, all managed in biodynamic farming. The result is Champagne, elegant but direct and lively, characterized by a great minerality. They are not simple wines, sometimes requiring time to express themselves at their best, but they are able to give great emotions when they do so.
