Ismael GozaloMicrobiowines is the project of Ismael Gozalo, one of those endearing crazies that exists in the world of wine, and who treasures an infinite wisdom in terms of the production of natural wines.

Those who have the opportunity to meet Ismael know that it is a different kind, spontaneous, without filters, dreamer ... well, his wines are the true reflection of himself, natural and somewhat extreme, using earthen jars for fermentation and crianzas, working with mustos turbid, with a certain volatile character and, above all, with respect to the land where their centenary vineyards doze.

The philosophy of elaborating the wines with the techniques that his ancestors did is reflected in Isse, his Verdejo of prefiloxeric vines in Nieva.

Fermented and raised in mud pot inside the cave of El Parral at low and constant temperature, which makes it last for several months. Subsequently, it makes a second aging in stainless steel tank, resulting in a slightly cloudy green, unctuous and balanced. A nod to the ancestral with a funny perspective, not suitable for beginners or... yes, why not?
