Were Dreams 2005 Jermann Double Magnum
Were Dreams is an Italian white wine produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia by the Jermann winery, one of those realities with roots rooted in the past traditions and the gouqrdo towards the future, founded when Anton Jermann left his homeland to settle in Friulian lands in 1881.
The Chardonnay "W...Dreams" owes its name to the title of U2's song "where the streets have no name", contained in the 1987 album The Joshua Tree.
In Jermann's house the dots of suspension indicate the rest of the phrase "where dreams come true" but they prefer to specify that everyone can interpret them as he wants. It's nice to compare this freedom to tasting where everyone is free to get lost in the sensory nuances of this great chardonnay. The "W...Dreams" is, in fact, capable of giving moments of true taste emotion with its sweet scents reminiscent of freshly baked pastries, the elegant notes of fruit, balanced by a perfect fresh persistence. It entices you to drink this Chardonnay with its softly mineral heart. Now we know where dreams come true.
