Amarone della Valpolicella Giuseppe Quintarelli 2000
Amarone Quintarelli are two indissoluble words in the minds of wine lovers: we are talking about the precious wine that is the symbol of the Quintarelli winery, an Italian red wine that over the years, vintage after vintage has become the benchmark of the category. Passion for the territory and constant control of the quality of production are the two key ingredients of the success of Amarone Quintarelli, a wine that is in fact only produced in good vintages, between 2000 and 2003 in fact it was not produced.
Amarone Giuseppe Quintarelli is a legend of Italian red wines, known all over the world. It is obtained from a selection of the best bunches, lightly dried in wooden crates before maceration for two months on the skins and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Refinement takes place in large Slavonian oak barrels and lasts 7 years.
Amarone della Valpolicella Quintarelli is a wine of unique elegance, it has a ruby red dress and a complex and bewitching bouquet, you can distinguish notes of licorice, cocoa, vanilla, red fruit jam with cherries and plums to master, tobacco, spices and leather. In the mouth it is surprising, a distillate of pure emotions that only great wines can give: a full, intense, elegant and above all very long sip.
A fine Veneto wine that gives unique emotions, to be drunk immediately or to rest for years in the cellar, a monumental bottle as Quintarelli has accustomed us.
