Rosso Del Bepi 2010 Quintarelli
Rosso del Bepi is a fine Italian wine produced by Quintarelli. It is made from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon and is a balanced wine thanks to the long aging it undergoes. The bunches are selected by hand after the harvest and then undergo fermentation with maceration for 20 days, which lasts for 45 days, and then ages for 7 years in large oak barrels. Rosso del Bepi di Quintarelli shows a beautiful intense ruby color; The nose expresses an intense bouquet of red fruits and spicy hints, with a hint of tobacco. In the mouth it is structured, soft and velvety, with a delicate sip given by the tannin present but not intrusive, and long persistence. A beautiful and structured label.
