Barbaresco Rabajà 2003 Bruno Rocca
Bruno Rocca's Barbaresco Rabajà is one of the most important Italian fine wines on the Piedmontese oenological scene, a thick Italian red, one of the best Barbarescos you can find.
Rabajà Bruno Rocca comes from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the homonymous cru in vineyards planted in 1964, south-west facing on calcareous-clayey soils. It is fermented in steel for 15/18 days and then matures in oak barriques for another 18 months in bottle.
The Barbaresco Rabajà Bruno Rocca has a beautiful garnet red color in the glass, the nose is complex with notes of fine woods, vanilla, hazelnut, red fruit and spices. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping with soft and silky tannins, a wine of great structure, enjoyable immediately or even in a few years.
