Barolo Cannubi 2017 Chiara Boschis
Barolo Cannubi 2017 is a fine wine from Piedmont produced by E. Pira & Figli di Chiara Boschis winery. Nebbiolo grapes come from the 1.5 hectares of vineyard owned by the winery on the Cannubi hill, the most famous Cru in the town of Barolo, where the soil composition and the perfect southern exposure of the vineyard give the grapes a great quality and uniqueness.
In fact, in this area we find soils of both Tortonian and Helvetian origin, which together with a considerable presence of sand allow to obtain a wine of great balance. Barolo Cannubi 2017 by Chiara Boschis gives a complex bouquet of ripe fruit such as cherries and plums, spices, together with an interesting balsamic note of mint and eucalyptus. The sip is warm, powerful and elegant at the same time, supported by a tannic texture presents but well blended.
Barolo Cannubi has a great aging potential, it can be tasted with red meats and game, it can also give great emotions when tasted alone as a meditation wine.
