Barolo Marassio 2016 Giulia Negri
Barolo Marassio 2016 is a Piedmontese red wine produced by Giulia Negri. Obtained from 100% Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards located at a height of 520 m with exposure to the west, which ferment spontaneously without added yeasts with maceration for about 45 days and, subsequently, 30 months in large 25 hl barrels. A typical Barolo from La Morra, with a floral and spicy nose, elegant and refined but at the same time endowed with a solid structure, with an unobtrusive but present tannin, and a long finish.

VINIFICATION: Spontaneous fermentation in 60hl truncated conical wooden vats, maceration for about 45 days. Aging of 30 months in 25hl Slavonian oak barrels.
