Champagne Brut Reserve is a Champenoise method sparkling wine produced by the Philippe Gonet in the region of Champagne in France. We are in Mensil sut Oger, in the heart of the Cote de Blanc, one of the most important areas for the production of Champagne.
Philippe Gonet's Champagne Brut Reserve is a strategic product that conquers the palates for its extraordinary freshness and excellent quality price ratio. Chardonnay from Montguex gives the wine freshness, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier produced in the Vallée de la Marne add a harmonious final touch.
The must ferments for 6 months in an autoclave and then the refermentation in the bottle on the yeasts for at least 36 months. It is a basic and drinkable Champagne with an elegant perlage. It shows a pale straw yellow color, the nose releases floral and fruity aromas of apple and pear which is accompanied by mineral hints. In the mouth it is fresh, with an elegant finish.
