Champagne La Grace d'Aphael Grand Cru Extra brut Philippe Glavier
Champagne La Grace d'Apahel Grand Cru Extra Brut is a fine wine produced by Philippe Glavier. Entry level of production, it is an eloquent business card of the company's potential. Very low dosage at 5 g / l alcohol just below 12 degrees, despite this it is not a weak wine at all, on the contrary ... it has a warm and crystalline color, and a seductive bouquet of citrus fruits such as mandarin and cedar peel, anise, dried fruit and herbaceous hints, then fruit and more spices (cumin), butter, iodized salt; the sip is dense, rich, with accentuated but elegant acidity, a talc and chalk mineral finish and a fresh and citrusy of orange blossom flowers and mandarin liqueur. Reported by the Domaine on the back label as "aperitif" Champagne, it is actually versatile in combinations, where it can follow all kinds of dishes; grilled fish, a fried fish, all the first courses with seafood, which recall the fabulous iodine notes of the wine. This 100% Chardonnay champagne represents the pure expression of the Grand Cru terroir. ideal as an aperitif, but also to accompany very clean fish dishes, it is perfectly balanced in the mouth, citric and always elegant. A nice minerality places it very high in the blanc de blanc range. Terroir of origin in the best Grand Cru vineyards: Mesnil, Avize and Cramant.
