Champagne Les Vignes de Trelou Tristan
Champagne Les Vignes de Trelou is a fine Champagne produced by Tristan. This Blanc de Noir cuvée is made from 65% Pinot Meunier and 35% Pinot Noir from the Trélou-Sur-Marne area in the Vallée de la Marne, where the Domaine is based.
A 40% reserve wine from the two previous vintages is added to the current vintage, and it is characterised as Extra Brut with a dosage of 3.33 g/l. Only a very limited number of these bottles are produced, around 750 per year, in line with Tristan's production philosophy, which is always very careful to respect the environment and the original characteristics of the wine.
Les Vignes de Trelou" is a fresh and drinkable Champagne, which expresses itself in the glass with a beautiful luminous straw colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers fruity hints of apple, citrus and cut grass, for a lively and elegant sip characterised by a good dose of flavour and minerality. It is perfect with aperitifs, fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
