Champagne Brut Nature Courcelles 2011 Tristan Hyest
Champagne Brut Nature Courcelles 2011 is a fine wine produced by Tristan Hyest. It is a cuvée composed of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir, from grapes sourced from vineyards in Lieut-dit Courcelles, in Trélou-sur-Marne in the Valle de la Marne.
The grapes are harvested exclusively in the 2011 vintage, for this limited edition Champagne that best identifies the terroir of origin, whose character is even more accentuated by the zero dosage that allows to preserve the characteristics of the grapes. Champagne Brut Nature Courcelles 2011 has a beautiful and luminous straw yellow color with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage.
The nose has citrus fruit and fresh mineral notes, as well as light aromas of bread crust and yeasts. The taste is dry and structured, dominated by a persistent sapidity also in the aftertaste.
