Champagne Cuvée Aubry de Humbert 2014 Aubry
Champagne Cuvée Aubry de Humbert 2014 is a fine Champagne produced by Aubry. The fusion of the three classic Champagne grape varieties - Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir - produces a Champagne with a clear fruity aroma.
Aubry de Humbert's Premier Cru Brut Aubry rests on its lees in the bottle for up to 4-5 years, after ageing in oak barrels and before disgorging, which makes it powerfully rich and complex. It is one of the best known and most appreciated bubbles in France, the jewel in the crown of the Aubry winery.
The Premier Cru Brut Aubry de Humbert is a wine of great class with a well-defined character: with an intense straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage, it expresses intense aromas of: white fruit, hints of candied fruit and a final spicy note. On the palate, the medium body of this champagne releases a minerality full of dried fruit, with an intense finish.
