Champagne Grand Cru Rose De Bouzy Paul Bara
Rosé Grand Cru is a Champagne produced by Paul Bara according to natural methods, without the use of chemicals. The cuvée is obtained by 82% of Pinot Noir and 18% of Chardonnay exclusively coming from the Grand Cru of Bouzy, to which is added 12% of Pinot Noir of Bouzy vinified in red. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks, whereas the second fermentation takes place in bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a stay on lees for at least 24 months. The color is pale pink, with a very fine perlage, numerous and persistent. The nose expresses a bouquet of red berries and black pepper, characteristics given by the addition of Pinot Noir, together with citrus notes. The sip is intense and structured, vertical and fresh, very balanced.
