Champagne Brut Reserve Grand cru Paul Bara
Paul Bara's Brut Grand Cru “Reserve” is a fine Champagne from the Grand Cru of Bouzy, in the Montagne de Reims area, famous for the cultivation of Pinot Noir. The cuvèe is in fact predominantly of this vine, which gives the wine structure and power, and a small part of Chardonnay which gives greater elegance and finesse. The Grand Cru “Reserve” is a Champagne Brut that expresses in a pure way the Champagne model of the company and the terroir from which it derives, where Pinot Noir reaches peaks of excellence and finesse. After soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks, while at the end of the second fermentation, the wine rests on the lees in the bottle for at least 24 months. Paul Bara's Champagne Brut Reserve Grand cru shows a beautiful bright straw yellow color with golden reflections, with an elegant and refined perlage. The nose reveals fruity and refreshing aromas of citrus peel, candied fruit, notes of acacia honey and spices. In the mouth it is intense, complex and with a long, refreshing finish.
