Champagne Brut Tradition De Sousa
Champagne Brut Tradition is a fine sparkling wine produced by the De Sousa company. It is made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier, from estate-owned vineyards that are harvested at a state of complete maturity. This bottle is a blend of base wines from different vintages. While the pinot noir gives structure and roundness, and the pinot meunier liveliness, the chardonnay brings elegance.
The grapes come directly from our own vineyards, harvested when fully ripe. The grapes come directly from our own vineyards, harvested when fully ripe. The vocation of the natural artisan winemakers in France is a historical tradition of making wine and a modus operandi that hardly leaves room for modern concepts. De Sousa is one of these natural artisan realities.
The colour is straw yellow with greenish reflections, with a fine and numerous perlage. The nose is elegant and floral, delicate and at the same time powerful with hints of ripe fruit, citrus and flowers. The sip is fresh and balanced with a medium-length and very pleasant finish.
