Champagne “L’Ineffable” 2012 Mouzon Leroux
"L'Ineffable" 2012 is a refined vintage Champagne produced by Mouzon Leroux. Obtained from 100% Pinot Noi grapes coming exclusively from the Grand Cru vineyards of Verzy, it is an intense and structured Champagne but at the same time very elegant, strongly representative of the terroir of origin, whose character is even more highlighted by the zero sugar dosage.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, partly in steel and partly in oak barrels. The base wines mature for 6 months on the fine lees while malolactic fermentation also takes place. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the principles of the Champenoise Method, and remains to mature on the lees in the bottle for a period of 56 months.
The Champagne "L'Ineffable" 2012 shows a delicate straw yellow colour with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage. The nose offers an intense bouquet of red berries, citrus fruits, honey, toasted hints and notes of pastry. In the mouth it is long and structured, with a fresh and savoury finish.
