Champagne La Closerie Les Beguines Extra Brut Prevost

La Closerie Les Beguines is a fine Champagne produced by Prévost. It is a Blanc de Noirs made from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes, coming from the only family vineyard, located in the heart of Reims Mountains. This cuvée is vinified and aged completely in wood with 24 months of aging on lees. Champagne of great aromatic intensity and elegance, presents a luminous intense golden yellow color, with fine and persistent perlage. The nose releases a complex bouquet of white flowers, ripe fruit, oriental spices, wild herbs, brioche and small pastries, notes of dried fruit and citrus fruits. In the mouth it releases great freshness and minerality, with hints of fruit and a long and deep finish.
