Extra Brut Champagne "Latitude" Larmandier Bernier
The Champagne Extra Brut "Latitude" is a Champenoise method sparkling wine produced by Larmandier Bernier. It is a Champagne Blanc des Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that come from the Premier Cru vineyards of Vertus. Its name identifies that the grapes come from the same place, to underline the link of this bottle with the territory of origin. The "Latitude" Extra Brut is an elegant and rich Champagne: intense straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage, it shows a complex nose of flowers and citrus fruits, yellow fruit, hints of yeast, dried fruit and spices. Full-bodied and balanced between freshness and softness, and a nice mineral finish.
