Champagne Sec Exquise Jacques Selosse
Champagne Sec Exquise is a fine Champagne produced by Jacques Selosse. Made from the assembly of two young vintages of pure Chardonnay grapes from Premier Cru vineyards, Cuvée Exquise is the label that Anselme Selosse has developed to accompany the desserts, in fact it is classified as "sec" and has a sugar residue of about 20 -25 g / l. According to the usual care for each production step, the different parcels are vinified separately in oak barriques and with indigenous yeasts, with a stop on the lees for about 3 years. Very bright golden yellow color, fine perlage, the nose shows complex aromas of small white and yellow flowers, spices and fresh fruit. In the mouth it is fresh but enveloping, quite persistent with a delicately floral finish.
