Champagne Tradition NV Gaston Chiquet
Champagne Tradition NV is a natural sparkling wine Champenoise method from the Gaston Chiquet company. Produced from 40% of Pinot Meunieur, 35% of Chardonnay and 20% Pinot noir, from vines located on the municipalities of Hautvillers, Dizy, Mareuil sur Aÿ about 25 years old which lie on clay-limestone matrix soils on belemnita plaster. This plaster accumulates and then returns the solar heat. Facilitates the drainage of excess water and returns moisture during the summer. It stores the main minerals that give all its strong ester content. This cuvée is representative of the terroirs in which it is grown: fluency, length and finesse; light gold color; smell of dried fruit (apricot ...); good looseness in the mouth where typical scents of smell are found; good length.
