Jurancon Moelleux Les Jardins de Babylone Magnum 2012 Didier Dagueneau
Jurancon Moelleux Les Jardins de Babylone Magnum 2012 is a fine sweet wine from Loire produced by Didier Dagueneau. It is made from 100% Petite Manseng grapes, from twenty year old vines cultivated according to biodynamic regimen, resting on a clay subsoil. Fermentation takes place in wooden barrels and it is aged in barrique for 16-18 months. Les Jardins de Babylone 2010 by Didier Dagueneau has a bright golden yellow color. Complex nose of dried exotic fruits, citrus and sweet spices. The taste is rich, slightly sweet but with a nice freshness and aromaticity. Very long and persistent, a work of art made by one of the most prestigious wineries in the Loire.
