Muscadet Sevre Et Maine 2019 Domaine de la Pépière
Muscadet Sevre et Maine Château-Thébaud is a white wine from the Loire Valley produced by Domaine De la Pépière. It is made from the typical grape variety of the Melon de Bourgogne region, from a vineyard of 12 hectares with a plant age of about 25 years. The vines grow on granite soil, and with careful vinification carried out according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, this bottle of great character is born that expresses the territory in an authentic way, in line with the company's philosophy. The grapes are harvested by hand, then carefully transported to the winery; the pneumatic press is filled by gravity, so the grapes are not crushed; fermentation takes place spontaneously in vitrified steel tanks, where the wine is left to age for a period of 6 months before being bottled without racking. Muscadet Sevre et Maine shows a luminous straw yellow colour, expresses a delicate bouquet of green apple, white flowers and mineral notes, for a fresh and savoury sip.
