Sancerre Blanc Exils Domaine Francois Crochet
Sancerre Blanc is a fine French wine from the Loire Valley produced by François Crochet in the AOC Sancerre. It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, an indigenous white grape variety characteristic of the Sancerre area, sourced from a number of plots located near the town of Thauvenay, on soil characterised by a rich subsoil of flint. This particular terroir gives the Sancerre Blanc Exils clear mineral hints: a cuvée of pure flint in the glass! All work phases follow biodynamic and natural farming principles, meticulously cared for and far from any use of chemicals or invasive treatments, to give life to an extraordinary white wine, endowed with great minerality, structure and verticality.
