Sancerre Blanc Le Grand Chemarin Domaine Francois Crochet
Sancerre Blanc Le Grand Chemarin is a fine French wine from the Loire Valley produced by François Crochet in the AOC Sancerre. It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, an autochthonous white grape variety characteristic of the Sancerre area that comes from a new selection of different parcels of the Domaine, cultivated according to principles of biodynamic and natural agriculture. Even in the cellar, as little intervention is possible, for the production of limited refined, fresh and very precise bottles. Francois Crochet Sancerre Blanc Le Grand Chemarin is a wine with a rich attack, which covers the fruit, refined and medium-bodied, supported by good acidity. The imprint of the terroir is evident and the persistent sip develops into a savory and slightly bitter finish, which evokes fresh almonds and citrus peel.
