Chablis Vieilles Vignes 2019 Bessin
Chablis Vieilles Vignes 2019 is a fine wine produced by Domaine Bessin. It is a great Chablis that has all the characteristics of a 1er Cru. Chardonnay grapes used to make this bottle come from very old vineyards with an average age of 40/55 years old. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation done in steel tanks, the wine rests on its noble lees in cement tanks for 6 to 8 months. Bottling is followed by a further period of aging in the cellar before release for sale. This wine expresses a luminous straw yellow color, while the nose offers fresh scents of white fruits and citrus fruits. The sip is balanced between the gluttony of fruity aromas and a nice and lively crispness as well as a good minerality.
