Champagne "Terrorirs" Agrapart & Fils
Blanc de Blancs "Terrorirs" champagne is produced with Chardonnay grapes coming from the best vineyards, at least 40 years old, owned by Maison Agrapart in Côte de Blancs, different vineyards however having the same chalky soil. It is produced with the assemblage of two vintage wines aged for 48 months on lees before disgorgement and Extra Brut dosage.
Maison Agrapart follows a production philosophy based on the lowest possible number of interventions both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the alcoholic fermentation is done by using indigenous yeasts in oak barrels before the refermentation in bottle according to the champenoise method.
Agrapart's champagne "Terroris" shows in the glass a beautiful golden yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage, it is accompanied by a bouquet of citrus fruits, dried fruits such as walnut and hazelnut, white flowers and a finish which tends to the sweetness of honey, cinnamon and freshly baked brioche. In the mouth is firm and fresh with an elegant minerality which accompanies the whole sip until the very long finish.
