Champagne Extra Brut Terre de Meunier Dehours
Champagne Extra Brut Terre de Meunier is a fine Champagne produced by Dehours, made from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes that come from several parcels in Val de la Marne exposed on two different slopes, one exposed to the south called Le Patis de Cerseuil, the other exposed to the north, called Les vignes dans le bois.
A minimum percentage of reserve wine is added to the wine of the current vintage. The base wine is then vinified and aged in wood, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. After re-fermentation according to the Champenoise method, the wine is left to mature on its lees in the bottle for 18 to 30 months.
This Champagne has a luminous straw yellow colour, the nose offers pleasant fruity aromas of yellow citrus fruits, yeasts and brioche bread together with mineral notes, while the taste is characterised by a structure supported by a nice acidity.
