Senzaniente Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo 2019 Marina Palusci
Senzaniente Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo 2019 is a natural wine without sulphites produced by Marina Palusci. Essential labels and transparent bottles for this new line of Marina Palusci wines where minimalist design reveals the identity of these wines. It is no coincidence that "Without anything" means that this wine does not undergo any type of chemical treatment, becoming a pure expression of the Abruzzo terroir. This natural rosé wine is obtained only from Montepulciano grapes, which undergo an 8-hour maceration in order to obtain this typical and seductive color reminiscent of that of fresh cherries. And in fact the liveliness of the fruit is the first perception that you have on the nose: intense aroma of strawberry and cherry. The palate is animated by a remarkable freshness. A drinkable and pleasant wine.
DENOMINATION: Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC
REGION: Abruzzo (Italy)
GRAPES: 100% Montepulciano

The grapes are harvested by hand, then de-stemmed and put in steel fermenters where the must remains in contact with the skins for only one night or 8 hours, follows soft pressing, ferments at very cold controlled temperature for about 18 days. Aging in steel tanks on its fine lees for about 2 months and then bottling of non-filtered and non-stabilized wine, any deposit on the bottom is an indication of authenticity.
