Montepulciano Senzaniente 2018 by Marina Palusci is a natural Abruzzese wine. It is part of the new line of wines from the company, with an essential label and a precise identity: Senza Niente is a wine that speaks of Abruzzo and is enough, with nothing added, starting from sulfur dioxide. Grape juice fermented and unfiltered or harnessed. Grape variety with concentrated peel extract which, however, if vinified with delicacy, is capable of giving a wine a beautiful structure. Pulse, precise tannins, juicy fruit. They decided to make the transparent bottle to appreciate the great vitality in the color of Montepulciano. Obtained from Montepulciano grapes harvested by hand, de-stemmed and put into steel fermenters to macerate for 28 days. It then undergoes aging in steel tanks on the fine lees for 8 months and bottled without filtration or stabilization. Any deposit testifies to the integrity of the wine.

VINIFICATION: Wine obtained with Spontaneous Fermentation with Indigenous Yeasts present on the skins of the grapes themselves. The grapes are harvested by hand, then de-stemmed and placed in steel fermenters where the must remains in contact with the skins constantly and ferments at controlled temperature for about 28 days, followed by soft pressing. Refinement in steel tanks on its fine lees for about 8 months and then bottling of unfiltered and non-stabilized wine, any deposit on the bottom is an indication of authenticity.
